7 burpees

9 kettlebell swings (35/53)

A Curtis P is a power clean, followed by an alternating lunge, one per leg, followed by a push press.

Wow, I'd say that was brutal! Everyone had a tough time with this today. That's a great time with those weights!Quoting jonathanreid9:
