Double Tabata pull-ups (strict & kipping)
A Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 intervals. For this Double Tabata, the first 8 intervals will be strict pull-ups, and the second 8 intervals will be kipping pull-ups. There will be a 2 minute rest between intervals.
Your score for this workout will be the fewest number of pull-ups in any of the 8 intervals. Add your strict pull-up number to your kipping pull-up number for score.
