This is the WOM (Workout of the Month) from the latest issue of the The Box Magazine.
This tough WOM is a full-body will-sapper that will attack most major muscle groups as well as your will to continue. As if combining runs with handstand push-ups, hang power cleans and wall balls wasn't enough, you have to buy your way in to those tasks by first completing 200 double unders, and the clock is ticking!
The run does not count in your score, only the 3 movements, with each round consisting of 30 reps.

Excellent: 7 to 8
Good: 5 to 6
Fair: 1 to 4
22 minute AMRAP:
200 double unders
then, AMRAP in time remaining of:
5 handstand push-ups
10 hang power clean (95/135)
15 wall balls (14/20)
Scaling: 400 single unders
